Every Sunday, Boubalé, the restaurant of Hôtel Le Grand Mazarin, turns brunch into a convivial, sun-drenched experience curated by Chef Nathan Kessous. Here, brunch classics meet the vibrant flavours of the Mediterranean and the Levant in a joyful blend of tradition and creativity. Eggs Benedict, fluffy gluten-free pancakes, comforting Levantine specialities such as shakshuka or chicken simmered with olives – each dish tells a story, made to be shared.
