François Tixier-Lacaze

Trained as a lawyer, François Tixier-Lacaze has been active in the hotel industry for over 35 years. Until 2015, François worked for international chains in Europe and Africa, in both operational and functional management positions, at regional unit and head office level. He then set up his own consultancy business to support owners and managers in the hospitality world, specializing in the (re)structuring of the hotel division of private family groups, for 5-star hotels from 40 to 115 rooms, always on a human scale.

His sole ambition is to help Maisons Pariente grow in terms of people, reputation and profitability. This means mobilising teams around a common vision, executing appropriate strategies and consistently delivering excellent service. He systematically puts human relationships first in his work. The relationship of trust with the Pariente family enables him to undertake, transform and build in the right direction, relying on a strong identity, powerful, shared and embodied values, and a visible DNA, to move forward successfully.

Clément Portenard

After obtaining a Master’s degree from the Vatel Institute, Clément began his career in the field as Catering Manager for the B Signature group. He continued his career in financial roles at Hyatt, B&B Hotels, and Barrière. He then joined the headquarters of groups such as Experimental Group and Groupe Bertrand, where he continued to develop his expertise. With 15 years of experience, Clément has honed his skills in performance management, process optimization, and business partnering. On April 14, 2025, he joined Maisons Pariente as Administrative & Financial Manager.

Siham Lizet

While completing her BTS in accountancy, Siham joined a film production company as an apprentice. She became a partner there at the age of 22 and developed a variety of projects over the next 10 years, including directing and producing a film. Following this experience, she went on to work for a top-of-the-range ready-to-wear brand, then for companies specialising in IT. In 2019, she joined Euripar in the property division, before moving to Maisons Pariente in 2022, where she is responsible for finance, management and accounting.

Léna Diakité

Titulaire d’un MBA en International Management et d’un Bachelor Business, Léna débute sa carrière à l’international en hébergement, projets et restauration, avant de rejoindre l’univers de la gestion. Forte de ses expériences au sein du Bristol Paris d’abord, pendant plus de 3 ans, puis de la CNAV durant deux ans et demi, elle développe son expertise pointue en analyse financière, pilotage budgétaire et optimisation des performances. Depuis le 6 janvier 2025, Léna met ses compétences au service de la stratégie financière de l’entreprise, en tant que Contrôleuse de gestion.

Romane Brugère

During her studies, Romane discovered various services in the hotel and restaurant sector. She gained her first experience working in room service at the Palace Shangri-La, in catering at the St. Regis Bora Bora, and as a project coordinator at the École Lenôtre, before trying her hand at other sectors. Whether working with port management equipment, purchasing medical gases, or through consulting assignments, Romane developed her expertise in negotiation, project management, and risk management. On September 1, 2025, she returned to her favorite sector and joined Maisons Pariente as Purchasing Manager.
